All airport pickups require a 15-20 minute wait AFTER you have retrieved your luggage.
Due to strict Port Authority of NY & NJ and NYC TLC (Taxi & Limousine Commission) policies, idling is NOT allowed. Our vehicles can only drop-off and pick-up — we cannot wait curbside.
If you wish to avoid this wait, please select our MEET & GREET / GREETER SERVICE (additional charge). With this service, your driver will park the vehicle and meet you inside the terminal with a tablet sign displaying your name — from the time you deplane until you collect your luggage.
Please note: In some cases the wait may be shorter than 15-20 minutes, but this is not guaranteed due to airport traffic and enforcement.
