AIRPORT PICK-UP TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Flight Tracking and Monitoring

Shuttle Express Iride shall track and monitor all incoming flights, provided the flight number is furnished. Passengers and their booking agents shall receive text message and email updates (if provided) regarding the driver's status, including "Driver on the way," "Driver on location," "Passenger in Car," and "Passenger Dropped off."

2. Pick-up Services

Unless otherwise requested or instructed, Shuttle Express Iride shall perform an Express Pick-up. Two types of pick-up services are available:

- Curbside/Express Pick-up (No Fee): Passengers shall meet the driver outside the terminal. After contact is established via cell phone, the driver shall pull up the vehicle to curbside with a name sign in the window.

- Meet and Greet Airport Pick-up ($25 Fee): The driver shall park the vehicle and meet the passenger inside the terminal, holding a personalized name sign.

3. Wait Time

Wait time shall commence after the first 30 minutes of the estimated flight arrival time for domestic flights and 45 minutes for international flights. A charge of $1 per minute (Sedan) or $2 per minute (SUV and other vehicles) shall apply after the allotted grace period.

4. Cancellation Policy

A cancellation fee equal to the total trip cost, including gratuity, shall be charged for any cancellation made less than 24 hours before the scheduled pick-up time.

5. Liability and Responsibility

- Mechanical Breakdown: Shuttle Express Iride shall not be liable for any damages or losses resulting from mechanical breakdown. In such cases, Shuttle Express Iride shall make reasonable efforts to provide alternative transportation at a mutually agreed-upon date.

- Damage to Vehicle: The client assumes full financial liability for any damage to the vehicle caused during the duration of the rental by them or any members of their party.

- Termination of Ride: The driver reserves the right to terminate the ride without refund in cases of blatant indiscretion on the part of the client(s).

6. Overtime Pay

Overtime pay shall apply at a rate of $1 per minute (Sedan) or $2 per minute (SUV and other vehicles) after the first 15 minutes of pre-arranged time.

7. Winter Road Conditions and Traffic Delays

Shuttle Express Iride shall not be responsible for delays or termination of a ride caused by unsafe winter road conditions or traffic delays.

8. Lost and Found

Shuttle Express Iride shall not be responsible for articles or bags left behind in the vehicle. For any items that get shipped, a USPS shipping fee plus a $25 service fee shall be charged. Shipping is only available within the United States.

9. Payment Terms

Balances shall be paid on the date of the reservation before the beginning of the ride. All reservations shall be charged a day in advance.

10. Vehicle Capacity and Loading

Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating and luggage capacity.

11. No-Show Policy

A no-show fee equal to the trip cost, plus applicable waiting time, tolls, parking, and gratuity, shall be charged when the passenger fails to show at the designated location.

12. Changes to Reservations

Changes made to a reservation within 12 hours of the booking time shall incur a $35 change fee, apart from any additional fees that may apply. Changes/modifications are not guaranteed if they affect the existing schedule of other riders.

13. Additional Fees

- Early Morning/Late Night Pick-up: An additional $15 fee shall apply for pick-ups before 8:00 AM or after 10:00 PM.

- International Rides: An additional $75 booking fee shall apply.

14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [State/Province]. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms and Conditions shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the American Arbitration Association.
